Packaging, Delivery Charges & Returns Policy
Packaging
All our jewellery will come packaged in our signature boxes either tied with a turquoise ribbon or in a turquoise Tisan bag. Please email if you would like it gift wrapped.
Postage
For all jewellery under £150 we will post Royal Mail 1st Class Parcel Post. For jewellery over £150 we will post Royal Mall Special Delivery, this will need to be signed for.
We aim to post out our jewellery the same day or next working day arriving with you within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Please email us if you have any special requirements for postage and/or delivery.
If ordering from abroad, please contact us as you are likely to incur extra charges from the recipient country.
Tisan Returns Policy
We pride ourselves that all our pieces are sent out in perfect condition and we therefore inspect each piece carefully before it leaves us. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may cancel your order either before or up to 7 days after delivery by emailing us at info@tisanjewellery.com. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned earrings unless they are faulty. The pieces need to be returned to us in ‘as new’ condition with the tag still attached and in their original packaging. Postage costs are non refundable.
