These are absolutely gorgeous!  You have a White Sapphire at the top which is approx. 3mm not including the surround, and then a 2mm White Sapphire, not including the surround, and then five pretty White Sapphires approx. 1mm in the centre of each flower.  The overall drop is approx. 35mm and the width at the widest part is approx. 20mm. They have post and butterfly backs.
