These are the website terms and conditions for Tisan Jewellery having its offices at Neatham Cottage, Lower Neatham Mill Lane, Holybourne, Hampshire GU34 4NP

Refunds and Cancellations

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery by emailing us at info@tisanjewellery.com (please have your order reference number to hand). The item must still be in "as new" condition. However we cannot accept cancellation if the item has been made to your particular specification.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned earrings.

Note: We cannot accept liability for any goods posted by customers which are lost or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that any parcel is adequately insured and the correct postage paid. We recommend the Royal Mail 2nd Class 'Signed For' service for returns.
